I knew what he meant and when I listen because I was amused to know that means

Nowadays, there are an important number of people who is totally dependent on their mobile phones. 

On the one hand, it is  big problem because every time there are more people who are constantly watching their mobile phones and they can't live without them. And leave our family in left. 

On the other hand, this problem is important because face-to-face conversations are decreasing and, in the long term, people won't meet.

Finally, I think that we have to try to refuse nomophobia because it creates us a dependence and this problem will affect on our lives.

Also is a big problem because is probably one day your run into at lamppost.
